Acquisition Sales Manager – Real Estate

Fast growing Real Estate and Property Management Company is looking for an Acquisition Sales Manager to join our team. No previous real estate experience is required. What we do require is an enthusiastic, resourceful, and committed person with a motivation to succeed at a high level.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads that our generated from our inside sales team.
Meet with pre-vetted sellers who are motivated to sell their house.
Be skilled at overcoming objections.
Must be a team player.

You are good at reading people. In fact, you thrive on trying to figure people out. You understand how to work with many types of personalities.
You desire to network with others in order to build rapport in the local real estate community.
You enjoy meeting with people and “uncovering their story”. You’re able to hear a story and help people solve a problem.
3+ years of sales experience.
Must have a current/valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Be able to pass background check.
Who would you be working for?
We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in “as is” condition and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria. We market heavily in Omaha and Council Bluffs. We provide quality pre-vetted leads for you. We also have a great back office CRM (database) system.
We work mostly with homeowners who need to sell their home for one life circumstance or another. We also network with real estate agents and other professionals to acquire properties.
You do NOT need to have a real estate license to be successful in this business. In fact, we find some of the most successful people have no prior real estate experience. We love to see and are sincerely committed to, the success of our sales reps.
